About this House

OPEN HOUSE SATURDAY JULY 25 from 3:00-4:00. It is currently rented so this is the only time I have until they move out August 1. This house is available for a short term rental (less than a year) for additional cost. Please message me with your situation and information if this applies to you. It has hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom, the other bedroom is laminate and the kitchen and bath are vinyl. There is a garage which can be used as a shed and isn't really big enough to park a car in. The house has central heat and window units for AC, and there is an attic fan. The house has a full concreted basement also, but is only good for some storage and not a living area. There is a separate laundry room on the back with lots of storage. The kitchen has a new countertop, sink and faucet and fresh paint. Pantry for food storage.
The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Bedrooms are small 9'4" x 11'6" and living room is large 13x19. Gas stove and new fridge included. House is on a very quiet street. Close to downtown. Small pets only. Pet deposit is $200. Tenant must be able to get utilities in their name. Payments must be made electronically. Pictures will be updated as I finish remodeling projects.

Tenant is responsible for mowing and weedeating the yard. Tenant must be able to get utilities in their name.

As an educator, and grandfather of a K-4 student, I have observed all that is good about quality local education: dedicated administration, caring and competent teachers, and involved parents and extended family. Its just that homework is lacking and academic year is too short. European children attend school for up to two months longer, but at least Summer School is offered and recommended to all students, a great plus.

"Neighborhood is alright. Tons of cute homes and everything is pretty much within walking distance of the house. Just be careful who you rent from. Southwood Properties is pretty sketchy. "
