It is currently rented but tenants are moving June 22 and I can show it starting Wednesday, June 23. (The house is in the process of having the exterior repainted but pics have not been updated on Zillow). This one bedroom house has beautiful oak hardwood floors in the living room, dining room and bedroom. The bath features a shower/tub combination. The kitchen has ample cabinet space and comes with a refrigerator and electric stove. The laundry room is large enough to be used for a small second bedroom if desired. There is a one car garage/shed and fenced in yard. The house has central heat and window unit for a/c. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. This house is on a quiet street. No large dogs accepted. One pet only. Pet fee is $200.

Tenant MUST have an application on file with Zillow to make an appointment for a showing. No large dogs. Tenant is responsible for lawn care.

As an educator, and grandfather of a K-4 student, I have observed all that is good about quality local education: dedicated administration, caring and competent teachers, and involved parents and extended family. Its just that homework is lacking and academic year is too short. European children attend school for up to two months longer, but at least Summer School is offered and recommended to all students, a great plus.

"Neighborhood is alright. Tons of cute homes and everything is pretty much within walking distance of the house. Just be careful who you rent from. Southwood Properties is pretty sketchy. "
