Completely remodeled, fully furnished home with a spacious backyard with a pool. Pool and yard maintenance is included with rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity, water, trash and internet.

The home is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with 2 living areas. One living area has a foosball table and air hockey table. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom with a spa like shower. There is a small desk in the primary bedroom. The other bathroom is shared between the 2 bedrooms and is a shower/tub combination. Primary bedrooms has a queen sized bed and the other two bedrooms are double.

The living room has a 65 in Smart Tv. The home has an open floorpan. You can watch TV while cooking. The kitchen has all new appliances. There are 4 barstools that face the kitchen. There is a large dining table that can fit 6 comfortably.

The backyard has a fire table with seating for 6-8. There is a BBQ grill. There is a large diving pool, perfect for those summer months.

ASU campus is a 10 minute drive. Banner Desert Hospital is a 10 minute drive. There is an elementary school (Arredondo Elementary) that is a 10 minute walk.
