"The schools are good and the neighbors are friendly. We are part of an app called Nextdoor. This lets people communicate with each other. There are several parks in the county. The sports here are different than they were in the other county we used to live in. People ride bikes, run and walk all over the neighborhood. They also walk their dogs here."

"In Old Waverly, we often have special community events for holidays and school related activities. Watkinsville has a Civic Center, which hosts a variety of musical, theater and community events. This is also a great neighborhood for walking. "

I am in walking distance to work, grocery store, gas station,school and fast food restaurants. My family lives within a mile from me as well. CVS pharmacy and Drs. offices are also in walking distance from me. we just love the area. "
