Water and garbage/recycling are included with rent. Abloy lock on door and system installed in the building, a high security lock system, meaning no duplicate keys exist and one key to access unit, mailbox, and common areas. For your safety, previous tenants do not have access to the unit. This building is fully compliant with Berkeley Soft Story Code (earthquake/seismic retrofit of buildings), City of Berkeley Rental Housing Safety Program Certificate of Compliance, and E3 program (in response to the Berkeley Library Garden Balcony Collapse in June 2015).

Parking is available with one space included and 2 months of free internet. The application fee is $50 and co-signor application fee is $30 (not required for PHD students with proof of funding).
The security deposit is 1 month rent.
