Also, you can get an application from our representative at a showing. Applications take 4-5 days to process. You can submit an application ahead of seeing a house in person if you want to and some people have gotten in ahead of competing applications simply by doing so.

Pets: Pets are allowed and there is a refundable, one-time $300 pet deposit per pet.
