You can download the application by downloading it from our website (see the 'Application' tab at the top, middle) and printing it out or you can pick one up from the box on the front of Summit Group Real Estate office building at 3202 Mishawaka Ave in South Bend. Also, you can get an application from our representative at a showing. Applications take 4-5 days to process. You can submit an application ahead of seeing a house in person if you want to and some people have gotten in ahead of competing applications simply by doing so.

Pets: Pets are allowed and there is a refundable, one-time $300 pet deposit per pet.
