Private and spacious efficiency in shared townhouse - 10 minute walk on the bike path to Pearl St., ~15 minute walk to CU, tucked right up next to the Flatirons - Eben G. Fine Park and Boulder Creek are down the block. Great hiking trails right out the back door. With this efficiency, you get comfort, privacy, and one of the best locations in Boulder.

The layout of this townhouse allows for a lot of privacy since the two living spaces are nicely divided. I live upstairs, and am renting the downstairs.


A clean, quiet, young professional or graduate student would be ideal in this nice townhouse - the downstairs area includes a bedroom, an office/den, a kitchenette, and a full private bath. There is no shortage of storage space as well, with each room having its own large closet, and an extra closet in the hall.


Your bedroom is pretty big, with a built-in bookcase, as well as a nice, large wooden dresser, and huge closet. The office/den area offers a lot of flexibility on how you decide to set it up. Every room is nicely carpeted.

The kitchenette room features brand new appliances - That means you will have sizable refrigerator space, a toaster oven, and a microwave all for your private use. If you require a full stove or a bit more refrigerator space occasionally, mine are available just up the stairs.
We have beautiful view from our back deck. Additionally, I have a garage space that is pretty full, but may be able to accommodate a bike - and there is also a bike rack in the parking area. There is plenty of street parking nearby, however if you would be interested, there is a parking space available for rent from the homeowners association for $33/mo.

The rent is $1,175. Water, sewer, trash/recycling are all covered. Electricity and internet are shared. The owners of the unit are quick to respond if there are ever any issues. No pets, no smoking stipulated by owners.

A little about me - I am a 25 year old guy working on my Ph.D research at the NIST Lab in South Boulder. I am a mountain biker, whitewater kayaker and alpine skier - when I can get the time to do those activities. My work keeps me fairly busy and I am generally pretty quiet in the evenings. This space would be perfect for someone looking to have some privacy and some of their own space.

    "I have lived in North Boulder for 30 years- Wonderland Hills and Dakota Ridge, it has always felt safe here. My children attended Boulder Public Schools, I give the schools an A+! We live a convenient short distance to restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and shopping, ...friends hang out at our house and tell me I’m a great baker of Chocolate Chip Cookies! I love to send them home with cookies or fresh dough to bake cookies with their own families! You should bring your kids to our house on Halloween, what a treat! I walk to Pearl Street by way of Foothills Trail, through beautiful neighborhoods apple orchards, Mt. Sanitas and am fascinated by the rock formations. I bicycle many days a week and many miles, such a perfect location to start from and end up! It’s a family and friends tradition to do the Bolder Boulder on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend, so fun! I have been taking it easy for a while due to some physical injuries, but continue to build up my strength and stamina walking my dog, climbing and hiking - I get a great workout! Here’s a tidbit! Keep your dog on leash and clean u"
