The apartment is in a small 7-unit building that is set back from the street for privacy with a shared onsite laundry room. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space and includes a new dishwasher, new refrigerator, new electric range oven and a kitchen island that can be used as a table. Both bedrooms have large closets with mirror sliding doors and additional closet space in the hall.
Please Note: This building is not suitable for pets. So, no pets are allowed.

The apartment building is located 3 short walking blocks to Ashby Bart Station. Making it a convenient location for remote workers or those commuting to UC Berkeley, Walnut Creek, Oakland, San Francisco, or anywhere on the Bart line or to airports.
