About this House

1 very large and 2 medium sized bedrooms, All appliances included (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove & refrig.), Central air, updated furnace, tiled bathroom, great location!! Parking is on the street only with permit, but is very ample and always available. Nice pantry and remodeled tiled bathroom. Great porches and neighborhood!

Tenant pays heat and lights (WE Energies), owner pays water. Tenant does lawn care and leaf raking. Lawn mower and rakes are supplied by owner (and onsite). Some have asked what the WE Energies bills are like for this unit. My current tenants report that the WE Energy costs are around $150- $175 per month if you averaged them. Closer to $130 in the warmer months and upwards of 230 during winter/colder months. Hope that information helps :)
