Looking for a considerate, active, working professional to share a single family home in a prime location in Leucadia, on Jupiter st. near Neptune west of the coast highway, a 5min walk from either Beacons or Grandview.

A rare find if you love the beach and/or surf.

Home is 100% Aloha vibe! Quiet and comfortable with a large backyard with mature trees, ample sun, and room to grow vegetables. The home is mostly furnished, except your room which also has ample closet space with built-in dresser & storage. This home is free from pets and no shoes in home. Full kitchen and appliances, including washer/dryer, are provided. Parking is onsite on the driveway.

Rent $1850 a month includes and full use of the house, appliances, furniture, etc.

Comparable rates are $3k+ for a single room apartment, $5k+ for a home if you can find it. A shared room across the street recently rented for $2800/mo!

Please let me know your plans. I am quiet, considerate, early to bed and early riser, athlete, surfer, love spending time in nature and cooking while I'm home.

Looking for a consciousness, working professional housemate to share an epic single family home in Leucadia, west of the Coast Highway, 150 yards to the beach as the crow flies, and walking distance to restaurants, market, coffee shops and more!

You'll be renting a private bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath single family home. Rent includes utilities (water, trash, gas, electric, Internet) and full use of amenities in the house, including laundry and private parking on driveway.

I'm a working professional, lead an athletic lifestyle (surfing, yoga, Jiu Jitsu) and guide breath practice and cold immersion (Wim Hof Method)....Yes! there is an icebath in the garage! I'm pretty easy going, but not a partier and like to keep the house comfortable and clean.

You have full use of the house, including shared kitchen and all appliances.

Looking for a long term housemate, but we can go month to month initially to suss things out.

You'll need your own bedroom furniture, although your room comes with built in drawer dresser and ample closet and storage space.

Sorry No pets or children. Non-smoker (of any kind).

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
