"I see pet owners walking their dogs daily. For the most part, everyone picks up after their pets. It’s a pleasant friendly neighborhood. "
  • Ms.shawna.lammers
"We have lot of dog parks close by. Lots of irresponsible dog owners take their dogs to local schools where dogs are not allowed. "
  • 4katebee
"I like the neighborhood, but sadly a lot of the houses here are OLD. The house we live in; it's freezing cold in the winter, hot in the summer because there is absolutely NO insulation whatsoever. We end up with $1000 a month PGE bill for 5 months every winter. The landlord has never bothered to upgrade so we are living in a house with 56 year old wiring. Otherwise, if you can secure one of the few updated/totally remodeled houses around here, it's a fantastic place to live. Depending on where you are to 85, it's pretty quiet except for the occasional party."
  • Trulia User
"Neighbors know each other on my street and look out fir each other. We keep in touch. Friendly neighbors"
  • Dorkasaurus7
"The schools and the neighborhoods are great. This area is very close to neighboring cities (Campbell and Los Gatos). "
  • Jessica N.
"Terrible, the 85 is a parking lot. There aren’t many jobs nearby. Takes about 1-1.5 hours to drive 21 miles"
  • Jillian
"It’s been the same neighbors for 20 plus years and homes just being updated not torn down! It’s a gem in the Silicon Valley. "
  • Cmarynow
"There are many families here who stay connected often. Community is important in our neighborhood. We enjoy our neighborhood. "
