About this House

Hi Guys! Groggy (my 1 yr old puppy) and I are looking for a roomate! We love dogs so if you have one we would love to have you! Our preferred roomate will be a professional or grad student female in her mid 20s and 30s and she must love dogs!! The room comes with a walk in closet and a private bathroom. A 5 drawer dresser and a small dresser will also be provided at no extra charge. I could furnish the room for an additional 40 a month. I dont have a living room set but I'm planning on buying one (unless you want to bring yours). There is a big kitchen in the apartment which i will not use much. W/D in its own laundry room. The total square footage of the apartment is 1250 sq/ft so plenty of space for both of us. Utilities will be 50/50 and a 385 deposit is required. I am a working professional and grad student who moved to the city due to job promotion therefore i am out of the apartment a whole lot. I do enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the night and love exploring new restaurants and doing random things on weekends. You can have the occasional guest overnight as long as we both agree to it. Please text at 8564725515.
