About this House

This is the LOWER two-bedroom in a duplex, ALL UTILITIES PAID. The apartment has wonderful views of downtown Moline. A cat is okay with non-refundable pet deposit. The apartment has a shower, air conditioner provided, and free laundry, Moline school district. Contact us for application.

For those wanting to move in, the apartment should be open Sept. 20th (hopefully). You will need to have the rent and a damage deposit due prior to move in. The application requites a background check, credit history, current landlord and employment reference, proof of income required (last two pay stubs and a W2 form, for example). Basically, we ask that you prove you are a responsible renter.

(There is an upper apartment in the duplex that is slightly smaller and rents for $800 per month.)

A bit more for those interested--

This is a two-bedroom apartment on the lower level of a duplex. One bedroom is larger than the other. The apartment works well as a very large one-bedroom apartment.

The kitchen has been recently remolded (tile floor, new stove, new refrigerator).

There is a nice view of downtown Moline, and there are plenty of windows. On-street parking. We are centrally located, so it's a short ride or drive to all area colleges and most workplaces.

Please, no dogs, but one cat is okay. We charge a non-refundable pet deposit.

There is a garage for storage, and the lower apartment has the use of the screened three-season porch. The laundry is free.

First month's rent plus damage deposit due prior to moving into the apartment. One year lease with month to month thereafter.

Heat, electricity, water, and garbage are all paid. This is a no smoking home.
