I currently have tenants in the home, but it will be vacant and clean when new tenants arrive. This home was renovated a few years ago. Looks amazing and is such an awesome piece of property. Not only is the home darling, the land is to die for! Great home for families. It has a gated pool area, and large trees around property.

If you have horses, you want to rent this property. You are able to board your horses and keep your eye on them all of the time with them next to where you rent! It even has an arena! It has a steel fence that will keep your horses where you need them to be as well as stalls for when your horses need shade, or just to get out of the sun. Great set up!

You are literally 5 mins from almost anything you might need, PERFECT location! Stainless steel appliances, great open kitchen/living room concept! OVER 1.25 acres! Tons of land and lots of storage areas!

Renter is responsible for all of the utilities and landscaping the property along with irrigating the land (we will teach you how to do it, way cheaper then you think). Landlord will be in charge of pest control, along with pool maintenance (you will need to keep large debris out of the pool), but chemicals will be done by our own pool guy. We will only accept certain dogs inside the home or on the property. This is a horse property so horses are allowed in the designated areas. There may be some leniency for other type of animals allowed on property, just needs to be discussed with Landlord. There will be NO SMOKING inside the home at all! You may smoke outside, but if we smell smoke inside you will be asked to vacate the premises, no exceptions! 1 year lease minimum. Should you have any questions, you can contact landlord when needed.

You hear the train daily in the distance though its up against the neighborhood and they usually obey by not blowing horn close by. Farmers market is every weekend in downtown Gilbert plus theres plans to build more small retail as most places are restaurants. "

My father in law passed away just over a year ago and my husband and I moved here from Las Vegas to take care of my mother in law. We have a few neighbors that have become great friends that also purchased and had their homes built shortly after this home was built. Our new neighbors are wonderful as well and have become more like family than friends/neighbors. "
