Increased security deposits may be required.

Criminal History:
Applicants with felony convictions within the last seven (7) years, or misdemeanor convictions involving crimes against persons or property, illegal drug related crimes, crimes involving moral turpitude, or prostitution related offenses, will not be accepted. If an applicant has a felony prosecution pending before a court, detailed information about such crime will be required before a decision will be made.

There is a new pool with a splash pad, grills, bathrooms, & pergolas to relax under- that I can’t wait to use this summer. Currently, Lennar is building our new playground. Hopefully it should be done soon. In the next neighborhood over is a school. I believe the town plans to build more schools, homes, stores, & restaurants soon within the next 1-3 years. It’s also perfect since we’re only a 30-35 minute commute to Dallas. "
