About this House

Taking applications on a clean quiet one-bedroom garden level apartment in a brick triplex near the cross streets of 20th Street and Logan Avenue in Cheyenne. The kitchen has linoleum flooring, while the living room, hall, closets and bedroom have carpeting. The bathroom floor and tub/shower have been updated to ceramic tile. The bathroom update included a new vanity and lighting. The renter shares the laundry room which has a non-coin operated washer and dryer with the other garden level tenant. The windows are covered with mini blinds and drapes. The apartment has a gas forced air heater. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove and a double sink. The kitchen will accommodate a small table with two chairs. The bedroom has a double closet and there are another 2 closets for storage. The rent is $705 per month and the deposit is $705. The lease is for one year. We are looking for a non-smoker. We do not allow pets on the premises. The Landlord maintains the lawns and shovels the walks. We require references and we do a background check. The background check fee is $35 or you can do a background check thru Zillow. Tenant pays the gas and lights, while the landlord pays the water, sanitation and sewage.
