The kitchen has linoleum flooring, while the living room, hall, closets and bedroom have carpeting. The bathroom floor and tub/shower have been updated to ceramic tile. The bathroom update included a new vanity and lighting. The renter shares the laundry room which has a non-coin operated washer and dryer with the other garden level tenant. The windows are covered with mini blinds and drapes. The apartment has a gas forced air heater. The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove and a double sink. The kitchen will accommodate a small table with two chairs. The bedroom has a double closet and there are another 2 closets for storage. The rent is $705 per month and the deposit is $705. The lease is for one year. We are looking for a non-smoker. We do not allow pets on the premises. The Landlord maintains the lawns and shovels the walks. We require references and we do a background check. The background check fee is $35 or you can do a background check thru Zillow. Tenant pays the gas and lights, while the landlord pays the water, sanitation and sewage.
