There is more crime than we would like, particularly south of NE 13th St. Residents are friendly, but keep mostly to themselves. The central location is idea: 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to Wilton Manors, 5 minutes to Galleria Mall. All in all, I'm pleased."
