Beautiful and HUGE 2 level unit. Great for a roommate situation, or a couple needing a couple spare bedrooms for an office or art space. This is a quiet 4 plex building. It consists of mainly grad students/professors. The entire unit is hardwood and tiled floors. No carpet! Lots of cool details like, double glass French doors, lots of skylights, sitting nooks, open floor plan, 2 decks, private entry, and a place to park! We are also pet friendly!
