"Private vehicle only to LIttle Rock. Commute is busy, like any other sought after neighborhood. If you have any easy, breezy commute you may have to wonder if the area is desirable."

"Neighbors walk their dogs all the time here. You can see some neighbors drive their pets around in their cars. This is a great community and are very welcomed here. Neighbors are always here to help in anything"

"It’s like living in the 90’s. The neighborhood kids play outside until it is dark and then go home...just like when I was a kid. It’s definitely nostalgic. Everyone is very friendly and neighborly. I would love to own a home here but it’s just mostly rental houses......very nice rental houses. Me and my husband are looking to buy though. Definitely a kid friendly neighborhood."

"It sucks. Houses too close together. Panhandlers out in the street corners everyday. Excessive traffic in smaller community with roads not designed to handle that much traffic flow. Overpriced rental homes. "
