Lease process: Please apply on Zillow or Redfin. Once we accept your application and give your a physical or virtual tour of the house, you owe us the security deposit and sign the lease to reserve the home. On your move in date, you need to pay first month and last month's rent to collect the keys.

It's actually not that bad, there are just a few unneighborly people 😬 living in the area. They come & go, but most people living here have been here @ least 10yrs. Which is Great 😀, like a family on our block. Kids went to school together, and still have a close relationship with the neighbors till this day!!! 😁💖🏘️"

    "I’ve only seen a couple loose dogs maybe 2 times since I’ve lived here , that’s almost 2.5 years. I’d say if there’s non running around it’s a good sign. If there are dogs loose running around that’s not good. But not here in Spanaway."
