Once we accept your application and give your a physical or virtual tour of the house, you owe us the security deposit and sign the lease to reserve the home. On your move in date, you need to pay first month and last month's rent to collect the keys.

It's actually not that bad, there are just a few unneighborly people 😬 living in the area. They come & go, but most people living here have been here @ least 10yrs.
