Shared bathroom for all 3 rooms.

Lots of parking availability on the lot including two garage spots (I don't have a car).

If you're allergic to pets, best avoid this one. House will have two cats on the premises. (Also 2 dogs, +1 cat, and two guinea pigs until Aug 10th)
