Both bedrooms are large , each one also has a very spacious nearly full- wall closet, with storage above. One bedroom has windows with views to the hills; The larger bedroom looks out to a pretty garden view.

 The bathroom has a quartz shower surround and a shower over a full-size bathtub.
All of the rooms are large, giving the apartment a relaxing open feeling
The apartment can be furnished.
Carleton St is a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to many of Berkeley's bike paths and boulevards . It is close to the Berkeley Bowl for shopping, and near down town, and BART.

Off-street parking, is offered by a separate agreement.

Tenants pay for PG&E, EBMUD, Internet, landlord pays garbage/ recycling. No smoking

Available for lease through July 31, 2026, with the option to renew for an additional fixed term .
