This is a small 3 bedroom house. I'm not sure it is good for a larger family.
OPEN TO SECTION 8. Newly remodelled 3 bedroom( 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs), 1 bath, living room, kitchen, and storage room. Laundry in basement along with storage. Washer and dryer need to be small to get them to the basement. Small shed usable for the tenant for mower and gas. Forced air heat but window unit AC.

Owner pays trash. Pets are welcome at $10 per month extra. Tenant maintains yard to city of Springfield's code with their own mower or mowing service. Any fines from the city for not maintaining lawn will be charged to the tenant.
