The house is within walking distance of North Point Shopping Plaza, Newport Lake, Reston Town Center, supermarkets, and restaurants. It is a 3-minute drive from Reston Hospital. An excellent location, with several walking paths to enjoy nature. Renter expenses are only electricity and water.

House is imediatelly available. Rent may be reduce if a long term rent (more than 1 year) agreement is signed. Rent is due monthly and payment should be done from 1-5 of each month. Owner is responsible for HOA payment and renter is responsible for payments for water and electricity and internet as needed. Fios is available in the area. No smocking. Pets not allowed, but negotiable depending on type of pet. Pet fee will be added to rent. Renter is required to hire a recurrent cleaning professional and to keep front garden and patio area neat, free of leaves or unwanted plants and weeds.
