Description

Great neighborhood. Freshly painted interior and exterior. Landscaped yard with sprinkler system in the front and back yard. Fenced in backyard with a gate. One block away from the city bus stop.

Tenant(s) are responsible for all utilities as they are not included in the rent. There is an HOA and tenant(s) are responsible for keeping front and back yard mowed and edged regularly and free of weeds. Garbage cans go out Tuesday evening and must be put in garage or behind gate by Wednesday evening. Tenant(s) agree to sign a 1 year lease. There will be a walk through with the property manager at time of signing and then every 6 months thereafter. Last month's rent of $3600 and refundable security deposit of $3600 is due at signing. Rent is due on the 1st with a grace period of 5 days. Rent received after the 6th of the month will incur a $50 late fee. Each tenant will receive one house key. If a key is lost, there will be a $250 replacement fee. No smoking allowed on premises. Tenants are allowed 1 pet under 40 pounds with a $500 refundable pet deposit.
