I have cookouts and invite people all the time to come to my neighborhood and enjoy the events that are going on. I love all the live music at the yacht club and open to the public access that we are granted. I usually have a cook out and then get together at my house prior to going down there... it is such a great time for all… I literally tell everyone I know and invite everyone to come and enjoy such a great place on the water. I knew all my neighbors by name and everybody is like one big family. I really hope I never have to leave this area! I am hoping that I can find a home to rent right here! There is so much so close to us…Shopping at Broadripple, Keystone at the Crossing, Walmart is right across the street and we will have a new Aldie’s going in and Nora here soon!
