"Dog friendly , you see a ton of people walking their dogs early in the morning or mid afternoon. There’s a designated area to walk dogs. Everyone respects it Not everyone picks up after their dogs but for the most part the maintenance people seem to keep the area pretty clean "

"I lived for a year and it’s pretty good. Nice quiet area minus the highway. A lot of homeless but most of the time they can’t get in the complex"
