About this House

Super cool and open NY style unit on second floor. The condo has all wood floors, and some tile. No carpet. The huge windows bring in maximum lighting too. We are pet friendly with the exception of Huskies. The sprawling unit is a one bedroom but also has a decent size office. Full bathroom with tub/shower, full kitchen with an overload of storage and cabinets, and another XL closet in the hallway. This is available on July 15th.

Owner pays for trash, water, lawn care and snow removal. Tenants pay for gas and electric. Must have great rental history to be approved.

    "I have lived in the same area for years. this is the cheapest part of town. prices for rent keeps getting bigger but unless there is something else done about crappy Landlords who don't take care of their Properties! there needs to be a watchdog society that can enforce strict laws of how property should be handled and cared for!"

    "It needs minor updates to fix certain things! Crime is next to none. Bus stops are almost everywhere so you can get to either downtown or wherever. And some volunteering places for those who want to give back to the community. People are friendly, some walk dogs. Area is kept clean except for occasional bad weather, then taken care of. But it's decent area of town to live."
