About this House

Half of house has had foundation and everything up to the roof replaced. Needs foundation repair on other half. Needs some roof repair. Needs some dirt work to aid in drainage. Kitchen could use remodeled. Some cathedral ceilings. Newer electric service and most of house rewired. All plumbing replaced with lead free copper. Most all windows replaced. Hard wired smoke detector system. 4 bedrooms but one is small 7X12 which could be an office which has it's own exterior entrance. Lived here my entire life I can consult on anything you may need.

Everyone on our block maintained their homes and yards well. It was a great West End neighborhood. Plus, it was convenient to everything - grocery, bank, gym, restaurant, movie and even the liquor store!"

These neighbors drive past our house blowing their horns at obscene hours of the day, they tell obscenities at me and my mother and claim they are "vigilantes" carrying out "mob rule." We have had enough of the harassing comments, destruction of our property, and the camera pointed off their house and into my bedroom. Someone moving into Fountain Street beware."
