New LED floor lights have been added down the basement steps. There is New vinyl plank flooring in the basement. New landscaping in the back pool area with a larger block retaining wall and gravel work around the pool. New 6ft privacy fencing around the pool area and backyard covering almost 1 acre of yard. Extensive backyard terracing to increase the usable flat area behind the pool fencing by an additional 10 to 15 feet wide and 150 feet long. New Pergola with metal roof added to the front-porch. New 10'x12' custom shed designed to match the house. LOTS of upgrades!
