This is a hidden treasure on Hidden Valley road. It is a large one bed, one bath with 1,000 square feet of living space. Water, sewer and internet included!! The open concept kitchen and living room makes it feel spacious and the laundry hook ups and ample storage make it very functional. You feel like you are out in the country, yet just a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

**The home is not furnished, and has no refrigerator.

Directions: take Highway 108 to Phoenix Lake road. Turn right onto Creekside Drive, and then the first right onto Hidden Valley Rd.

A one year minimum occupancy is required. One small pet may be negotiable with owner approval and per our pet policy with additional rent and deposit.

Smoking is not allowed in any of our units.

HOUSEHOLD MONTHLY GROSS INCOME MUST BE AT LEAST $3,975.00 TO QUALIFY FOR THIS RENTAL.
