The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, two large closets, and an ensuite bathroom with an extended vanity and stand-up shower. Hardwood floors extend to the secondary bedroom, which includes a full-size bed, large closet, dedicated workspace, and plenty of natural light.

Sip your morning coffee at the bistro table on the covered porch, taking in the sights and sounds of the backyard garden. Later, work up a sweat at the community basketball courts, then take a dip poolside. In the evening, admire the majestic Magnolia trees and dazzling sunsets from the two-seater bench out front.

This property highlights ample living and outdoor space, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, high-end wood furniture, a brand-new HVAC system, as well as tile and hardwood floors throughout. Tenants have access to two parking spaces with additional guest parking, WiFi, four TVs (living room, master bedroom, secondary bedroom, and covered porch), and cable. For those seeking a long-term stay, the rent is $1650 fully furnished and the tenant pays their own electric, cable, and internet. Pets are allowed at landlord's discretion (no cats). If approved, a non-refundable pet deposit is required. The landlords have a zero-tolerance smoking policy, as the smell will deter future renters. Two assigned parking spots are available for the tenants. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. Loud noise, parties, and other disturbances are strictly prohibited. The property is meticulously clean and well maintained. The landlords expect the property to be handed back over in the same condition it was originally rented.
