This adorable rental is available May 20th, 2024 to September 6th 2024. It is a first floor apartment with new vinyl plank flooring that comes fully furnished and has a washer/dryer in the unit. It is only 2 blocks from the beautiful Margate beach which of course is home to the boardwalk and close to the action of Atlantic City yet away from the crowd. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave with a center island for storage. There is room for parking a car on the side as well as a back patio to store your beach gear and bikes. The apartment is furnished with a sectional sofa, 2 bedrooms with a twin bed in each and a larger bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a stall shower and the washer and dryer. It has window air conditioning units and tenants must for their own cable/internet.

There is a non refundable application fee for each adult and upon approval a $1400 security deposit is due. The total cost of $14,000 must be paid within one week of approval then on the lease start date the tenant will receive their keys.

No pets, no smoking, common area such as back yard is the 2nd floor unit's area.

    "Margate is very quiet in the off season, and absolutely 100% tourist town in the summers. So expect it be crowded, VERY CROWDED in the summers. The homes are extremely overpriced, this is not a place younger families are moving into due to the cost of living being so high. Rentals are very difficult. Unless you want a furnished winter rental, as most use their homes in the summer or rent it out for even more money, it is a safe quiet place to live. In the OFF season that is. Definitely a small town where everyone knows your business. If you are middle class do not expect your kids to fit in. It’s more for the rich and older people. "
