Description

If you've been wanting to be close to the beach without actually paying on the beach prices, this one's worth a look. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is just 1.5 miles to Indian Rocks Beach, and you can easily walk to coffee spots, a local produce market, restaurants, and nearby parks. From the minute you walk up to the marble tile entry, it feels welcoming. Inside, you've got refinished hardwood floors, an open layout, and a big picture window that looks out to a 20x20 screened-in Florida room, plus a wood deck right off the kitchen, so you've got options whether you want to be inside or outside. The kitchen is fully updated with white shaker cabinets, level 2 granite, and a glass mosaic backsplash, plus new GE and Bosch appliances. All the bedrooms are tucked on one side for a little more privacy, and both bathrooms have been updated, including a primary shower with a built-in Bluetooth speaker, because why not. And the practical stuff matters too. This home is high and dry with no flood zone, no evacuation zone, and water, sewer, trash, and lawn care are all included in the rent. Come check it out!

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
