"Since New Rochelle has been making all the new buildings, they have been removing all the mom and pop shops by making it so expensive or just kicking them out. The streets are so bad to drive in. They are removing all parking lots to build more buildings yet there’s no mall. The property taxes are so high, it isn’t worth it. Go to a better and safer school district in Westchester. "
  • Admiralrellik

"Its a cool area. Some crime here and there but what place doesn’t have a little crime. Has summer basketball games. Kind of loud if you’re coming from a quiet neighborhood. Lived here nearly 36 years. All is good is still good. Public transportation everywhere and corner stores everywhere that stay open pretty late. "

There isn’t any cons I can think of, maybe a lot of foot traffic in certain places which can be a problem if your dog is hard to handle and not well trained. But other than that great neighborhoods and parks to take your dog out for walks."
