The master bedroom features a Cal King Bed bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Cal King bed and TV. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private back patio facing the 6th Fairway as you plan your adventures for the day and then unwind with a glass of wine on the enclosed front patio at the end of your evening. This condo has ATT cable and wireless internet. This condo has access to a SEASONAL HOA pool, which is located within walking distance. No pets allowed.This condo is ideally located with easy access to wineries, downtown Napa, Yountville, Rutherford and the surrounding areas.This privately-owned condominium is not affiliated with Silverado Resort and Spa. Forget pushing a stroller on them & the only alternative is walking in the street! With the amount of taxes Napa residents pay, residents deserve better maintenance of our streets and sidewalks! The sidewalks in this neighborhood have been in need of repair for 30 plus years!"
