this is a one of a kind high desert 6+ acre ranch. it is in a high end community of homes on 2 to 10 acre per lot. what makes the ranch special besides a trex barn and trex chicken coop..corrals..out buildings for john deer and a 2250 sq ft home that has a very open wonderful livable floor plan. it sit high enough to have wonderful views of the mountains but nestled in a little valley with two hills on each side that comprise the ranch. a little less than a acre is planted with all varieties of high desert drought tolerant grasses. sage varieties..herbs and older trees that provide shade. it has 40 fruit and nut trees, berries, grapes and edible gardens that are largely in the midst of the land scape...I created something that could be self sufficient if that is needed in the midst of all this chaos. but is also in harmony with the environment. some spaces are rock covered with trees and barrels of etables. some are simplely natural land with arizona underbrush that is mowed in the orchard. and there is a space that is heat tolerant grass..that cools down the house in the summer so even in hot weather you can open the windows and a cool breeze blows through the house making it more energy efficient . it has a new heating and air-condition system and have been working with someone from the fire department to firewise the land so it is defendable in a fire. I am selling the ranch as turn key...what that means is all the equip..john deer with trailer....blue bird wood chipper..all wheel barrels hoses sprinklers tools storage shelves...animals..meaning 6 chickens 5 months old..Horse..beautiful quarter horse mustang mix. sadle broken..if you have your own horses i have found a home for him. the ranch has wells connected to specific parts of land that are deeded separately. essentially you own 3 separate plots..1 well with the house and a shared well with a lot. If i were to describe the ranch the word i would use is tranquil and usable. it has 5 mulch piles that are fed by the horse, chickens, grass..weeds and trimmings that can be used to feed the land and used as a covering for the plants to retain water..i have a severely special needs son that motivated my move to the ranch to be away from people and yet neighbors close enough to be friendly exchange vegetables and eggs.. but still have privacy. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to school here back in twenty eighteen, and I can tell you that everything they taught me did not set me up to succeed in the world we are in today. One of the things they always told us is if you go to college, you will be able to get a job and succeed, what they didn't prepare me for was that not happening, they didn't prepare me for the emotional trauma. I would go through having thousands of dollars of debt over my head and the inability to work in the field that I got a degree. And they don't really tell you about the other options. There are. I didn't know that there's places you can go to for apprenticeships, I didn't know that there's jobs that are more lucrative outside of a college degree. If I did, I wouldn't have gone close to $40000 in debt for a degree that I probably won't be able to use in my lifetime. I really wish I could say something better about the school. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school really fell off. The two years I attended this school were horrible, students who destroy school property for fun and love to get violent. The principle had to make multiple announcements in the beginning of the year on fighting and its consequences. With that they "banned" self defense, meaning if a student got into a fight then the victim couldn't protect themselves. Teachers were great and really connected with students but many of them are leaving as of 2025. I really hope this school gets better. From what I heard, both principles are leaving to different schools so maybe it will be better for incoming and existing students.Other Review11mo ago - Liberty Traditional School

And once on a 504 plan, the school still kept writing him up instead of finding the true source of the problem.
