Reily Brown ES, Postlethwait MS and Ceasar Rodney HS all are located no more than three miles away. The Property is within walking distance to the Moore's Lake recreation area, and Brecknock Park ( 1 mile) DAFB (2 miles), Kent General Hospital in downtown Dover (2 miles) and Rt 1 access (1 mile) makes this location so convenient. A description of the property is as follows: The property has semi circle driveway off of South State Street. You enter the house through a small front porch and a foyer with a large coat closet. To your right is a large combined living and dining area with fireplace (not working) and a wall of windows facing west and over looking over the large backyard. Off the dining area is the eat in kitchen. The galley kitchen comes with a dishwasher, self-cleaning electric range/oven. refrigerator, and disposal. Off the kitchen is the access to the basement.
There are three bedrooms located on the left side of the house after you enter. The primary bedroom has two windows looking at the front yard and one window facing the south side of the house. The original pink tiled bathroom with shower is off this room and there are two large lighted closets with storage cabinets above. Bedroom 2 is next to the primary bedroom and it has two windows looking over the back yard and one window on the south side. It also has a large lighted closet with storage cabinets above. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has a pocket door access and two windows overlooking the backyard and has a door to access the backyard. It has a cozy cedar lined closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a hall bathroom in the original blue tile with a tub/shower. In the hallway are 2 closets for storage. Bedroom 4 is off the kitchen and has a closet, a half bath, and storage closet.

The house is heated and cooled by an economical central heat pump. The water supply is from a private well and hence no water bill. The sewer and trash services are provided by Kent County and their cost is included in the rent. There is floored storage space in the attic and storage space in the basement. There is a washer and dryer hook-up also in the basement. The garage is reserved to the owner and is NOT included at this time. The only required tenant utility bill is for the City of Dover's electric service. Verizon high-speed FIOS is available.
