Quiet and peaceful. Large private back yard. Coat closet and large bedroom closet. Short term rentals welcome. 2 month minimum rental agreement. Cottage has it's own washer and dryer unit. Central heating and Air conditioning. (Outside construction to be completed before Christmas.)

Close to Kaiser (5 minutes), John Muir (6 minutes), and Sutter (20-30 minutes) Hospitals. 5 minutes drive from downtown Walnut Creek. Close to Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill Bart Stations.

All towels, linens, kitchenware and kitchen accessories including coffee pot, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, etc., for your use and enjoyment.

Security deposit is $2,200. Security deposit and 1 month's rent due upon signing.

Owner lives on site in main house.

Unfortunately not everyone respects this rule so I’ve seen awful situations where some dogs are on leash and some are not. The dogs on leash are threatened because they’re leashed and bad situations arise. Also, many people don’t clean up after their dogs. Disrespectful and entitled people exist. This area is not immune to that. "
