The roads are narrow 2 lanes with almost no shoulder (if you need to pull over for an emergency) or guard rail. There is a shopping plaza with a Giant grocery store, Mickey D's, Chinese restaurant, Subway, beer distributor, bank & Holiday hair salon. They just took out the Wine & Spirits store, don't know why. There are some shops, 2 tattoo parlors and a Good Will in the nearest town, Newport. No public transportation at all. There are a couple parking areas where CAT bus lines will pick up for commuters to the Capital Complex. Entertainment & nightlife? Really? This is Perry County, get real. But if you are looking for beautiful, quiet country living this is it. This area is definitely beautiful and quiet."
