-Nothing in collections/past due is preferred, but might be considered depending on the types of accounts and the amount unpaid/outstanding.
-No prior evictions.
-No criminal record is preferred, but depending on the offense might be considered.
-Not accepting Section 8 vouchers.

-We run a credit, criminal, and eviction check for each applicant or co-applicant (anyone 18+ planning to live at the property must submit an application)
