Outside is seating for six overlooking the ocean, dimmable lighting to set the mood, and a four burner propane gas grill for outdoor cooking. A loveseat with side table is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, overlooking the ocean.
The home also includes an over-sized 47 gallon water heater, as well as a large washer and dryer and an Electric Vehicle (EV) charger.
Superb for boaters, as there is a 63' dock, shore power, lights, water, fish cleaning station, mooring whips, electricity, and a retractable aluminum dock ladder.
