We cultivate a social yet respectful living environment. No smoking in house, a small area for doing so is in the very south end of the yard. The household hosts periodic social gatherings and sees occasional visits from significant others, though typical day-shift sleeping hours are strictly respected. We are seeking a tenant who is cleanly, empathetic, respectful, punctual, quiet-ish, stable, and employed (remote or in-person). We are committed to an inclusive home with absolutely no age, gender, or race profiling.
The Complex
Woodbridge HOA has a nearby hot tub / whirpool / jacuzzi, pool, outdoor shower, tennis court, ample off street parking, nearby street parking, camper / trailer storage (which is currently waitlisted), and no sauna or gym. The HOA board is seemingly very responsive to inquiries. Monthly HOA fee is handled by owner.
Month to month to start with intent to sign longer term lease after all parties agree at the end of the first month. Seeking long term tenancy is preferred. 1.5 months security deposit at time of contract signed. Prorating month rents when necessary. Note, because of remodel, some pictures are computer generated.
