Neighborhood Description

We love taking walks in the evening and looking at all the homes in the area. On weekends, we'd take a longer walk (2.5-3 miles) to downtown Glen Ellyn to have coffee at Starbucks or grab a bagel at Einsteins, then window shop before coming home. Our kids love having other elementary kids in the neighborhood, and they really love the grandma-types that live nearby and occasionally bring us goodies. We loved Cosley Zoo, the Brookfield Zoo, the awesome parks (try Kelly park!), great classes and the pool at the community center. We loved Morton Arboretum in the summer and fall, and taking the train downtown (1.5-2 miles to the station).
