This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I am offering a 1-year lease with month-to-month rent after the lease term.

Renter pays for water, electricity, and trash. First and last month is required upon signing the lease agreement. 1 year lease, month to month after that period. Deposit will be returned upon move-out and confirmation of no damages/change of conditions in condo.
