About this House

HOA INCLUDED WITHIN RENT PAYMENT
This beautiful condo is on the second floor and is an end unit, allowing great privacy away from neighbors. The space has a very modern look, with sleek counter tops, flooring, and appliances. New, custom-made horizontal blinds cover all of the large windows. These windows are huge, and can be used to completely light up the unit during the day and also cool it down during the night. Both of the bathrooms and the kitchen have been completely remodeled with new counter tops, sinks, etc. The spacious balcony overlooks Brentwood park and is surrounded by trees, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful SoCal weather. The balcony is large and is beautifully furnished with lights, a wicker couch, chairs, a wooded bench, and coffee table. We have a modern GE washer/dryer 26 inch laundry center inside the unit. Central air & heat. HOA fees are included within the rent price; HOA membership gives access to Border Lake, walking track around the lake, paddle boats, a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a volleyball court. The unit is walking distance to a shopping center (Staters) and Corona High School. The unit is only a few miles from the 91 freeway entrance, making it great for commuters and locals alike. This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I am offering a 1-year lease with month-to-month rent after the lease term.

Renter pays for water, electricity, and trash. First and last month is required upon signing the lease agreement. 1 year lease, month to month after that period. Deposit will be returned upon move-out and confirmation of no damages/change of conditions in condo.

"Nothing but a good place to live outside of oc. Very easy to reach. Traffic can be a bit heavy with the foothill open from the 15 to the 91. But mostly manageable being 1.5 miles from 91. "
  • Dawnnie Bigelow
"Not bad if you take the toll road into Orange County or south county but towards inland Riverside can get pretty backed up "

"There are people always walking their dogs. Sidewalks wind through parks and housing tracks with lots of parks and dogs are always seen. We have hiking trails in the Cleveland National Forest which boarders Corona."
  • Trulia User
"I love Corona but, with people crowding to move here along with the over flatted prices I’m considering leaving the prices are unrealistic for the normal middle working class income family. That means teachers, government workers and so forth will make an exodus if they don’t stop with the increases. "
  • Trulia User
"Good low crime family friendly area. It’s getting a little too expensive to live in corona though so be ready for a hefty rent or mortgage payment. Other than that it’s a very nice area to live in. "
  • Trulia User
"It’s a nice neighborhood to raise a family although at times you do need to be careful and aware of your surroundings. Overall I love this place! Great parks nearby, good schools and everything is close by such as grocery stores, eatery’s, Starbucks. It’s great."
  • Trulia User
