We have a 1988 built Clovis home for sale. It is a 2 story, 1735s.f. home on a 6000 s.f. lot. In the last 2 months, we have done extensive updating; caulking and grout work, tile work, 4 new ceiling fan/light combos, and repainting of the walls. Since we purchased the home in 2003, we have installed a new comp roof, new carpet and tile covering the entire house, new tile in both bathrooms and showers, resurfaced the upstairs garden size bathtub, etc. The backyard is a park-like setting with 5 tons of river rock, lush grass, flagstone walkways, and Japanese Maple trees. This home also has a security system installed, and the fences are about 7 years old.We desire to find a serious buyer who will appreciate this home.     "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
