Current furniture that resides on property are pub table, dining room table with five swivel stools, sofa/bed combo. (Landlord is open to moving out if needed).

- Paint or alter surfaces without prior written approval.
-No Smoking, it is prohibited on property and can lead to breach of contract.
Unauthorized alterations must be restored at Tenant's expense.
