Applicants are required to have a monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount. Please provide 3 months of paystubs to ensure that your income can be fully verified. We do not accept bank statements as proof of income.

Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water/sewer, trash, snow removal and lawn care services.

Pets are not allowed.

Upon approval, the security deposit will reserve the property exclusively for the approved applicant until the scheduled move-in date. If the applicant is approved for the move-in and does not take possession by the scheduled move-in date, the security deposit will be forfeited.

The application fee is $65. If approved, there is a $99 admin fee due at lease signing.

Finally, the people from Appalachia. Like my parents. Following the factory and Air Force jobs from the mountains of Appalachia. So, Fairborn is a great place to raise your children."
