Communication between teacher and parent is excellent. From K-5, they emphasize the need to take care of themselves and others. Incentives are given as a means of positive discipline. Not much parent involvement in the school, being that most parents work several jobs. However, the staff work extra hard to ensure that the students are up to par and enjoy learning. I was worried at first when my child transferred to the school in second grade.
