As a current student here at Medina valley highschool, I came from Earl Warren Highschool last year in February and I truly dislike this school so much, the environment makes me feel overwhelmed and admins can truly for sure be rude. Last year before this whole cell phone law they were already very strict and was a dramatic change from Earl Warren highschool, i feel so out of place here at this school and have begged my mom to unroll me and take me back but I am unable to because my mom doesn't want to make the 12 min drive for me, MY POINT IS if you're student wanting to enroll or wanting to enroll your son/daughter I would highly suggest move your kid into NISD and make an out of district transfer, I do have dyslexia and do need help with things but counselors don't want to help me get extra help or even let me change classes, NISD will help with all of that I would have yearly check ups with all my teachers and parent and would talk about how I'm doing in school but here at MVISD the teachers/admin/counselors could really care less about their students, they pay much more attention to cell phones and ID's. There disciplinary rules are overdramatic and any kid can be sent to DAEP/alternative, you can get DAEP due to attendance or even getting bullied and trying to defend yourself. parents do yourself a favor and do not enroll your kid into this school, save your kid from feeling out of place or feeling overwhelemed in this school in the middle of nowhere as much as I hates last school year, I would do anything to be back at school with my old friends and in a school knowing I have teachers who care.

My child has been attending this school since 1st grade, and our experience has been exceptional. The teachers and staff (both in the classroom and on the bus) have consistently been supportive, attentive, and caring.My student has an IEP, and the accommodations provided have consistently met or exceeded our expectations. The teachers communicate effectively regarding both positive progress and any behavioral or educational concerns. They also inform us about situations that may or may not directly impact our child or peers, which allows us to collaborate as a team and make thoughtful decisions that benefit everyone involved.We are truly grateful for the support we have received from the teachers and staff and look forward to the years ahead.

The food wasn't that bad, most of the teachers I got were actually really nice while also doing good at teaching. Multiple nice activities too!
